Return Policy

2024 Return Policy: 

Prioritize Your Satisfaction:  It's not a good thing to have an online order not meet with your expectations. Review Size Charts and Product Care Details Before Ordering.

For Hassle-Free Returns, Send Back Unused, Unwashed, and Unworn Items within 20 Days of Delivery for a Full Refund.

Online returns can be made via a pre-paid return mailing label provided by EvanRuby LLC. A $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted per order. Limit one return mailing label per order.


Making a return is easy. Just follow these simple steps -






Look on the BOTTOM of each page under QUICK LINKS, click on RETURNS and follow the prompts (You will need your Order Number from your packing slip to start the return).

Once your return is approved you will receive via email a pre-paid return mailing label to download and print. Please note, all returns will incur a $12.00 return handling fee.

Print your label, pack up your pretty fun things & include your packing slip. (Your packing slip MUST be included in order to process your refund timely.) If your packing slip is missing, your refund may be considerably delayed.

Ship items back within 5 business days of your return label being sent via email. Refund will be issued within one week of receipt of items.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Return merchandise must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.

Any indication of wear, alteration, wash or items returned without a tag, may result in a denied refund. Return shipping of a denied item will be covered by the customer.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Items marked "Final Sale Items" or seasonal items (i.e. "Holiday"/ "Summer/Spring/Fall/Winter Sale") are non-refundable.



Seamless Solutions:

For a Perfect Fit! If you've received an item that doesn't quite suit, we suggest initiating a return for the item and placing a new order for your preferred size or color and start a return for the item that did not work. Please note, as our inventory moves quickly, we currently do not facilitate exchanges.



Any damaged items need to be reported within three (3) days of delivery. To report a damage, please email us at Please note that damages reported outside of our three (3) day policy may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS and UPS tracking inquiries should be directed to each respective customer service departments.
