SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) as our shippers. Tracking service is included for all our packages, shown at checkout. 

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is entered into the shipper system they maintain responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact their local post office/UPS office to report lost packages and for packages (possibly stolen) contact the local law enforcement office should their package be delayed, lost or stolen.

TRACKING POLICY

Shipping confirmation emails along with the tracking numbers are sent to customers once orders have shipped. Tracking is also available through your member account page. Once your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information attached. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping service to update its location. 

 HANDLING OF LOST PACKAGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY:

We are not responsible for damages of products that occurred during shipping or stolen packages.  We provide tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides re-sending tracking information.  We encourage you to contact your local postal service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) service used and file a claim for the item(s) as well as local law enforcement.

We are not responsible or required to refund or replace lost, stolen or items sent to the wrong address. Once an item is shipped being processed by each shipping service, ownership of your package belongs to the shipping carrier and we are no longer involved or able to assist in the delivery process other than verifying their tracking information as received.

If there is a product defect due to our manufacturing, please contact us via email no later than 3 business days upon arrival. If three (3) business days elapse and you have failed to contact us during that timeframe, you assume responsibility and will forfeit the right for a refund or replacement due to a product defect.

NOTE: ALL ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" ARE ONLY REPLACEABLE WITH THE SAME ITEM IF THERE IS A PRODUCT DEFECT. OTHERWISE, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROVIDED.
