Prioritize Your Satisfaction:  It's not a good thing to have an online order not meet  expectations. We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product care details before ordering as our inventory moves quickly and we currently do not facilitate exchanges. We reserve the right to adjust your return method (amount of refund)  if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

For Hassle-Free (Refund) Returns, Send Back Unused, Unwashed, and Unworn Clothing Items within 14 Days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping fee)*.

Online returns can be made via a pre-paid return mailing label provided by EvanRuby LLC. A $12.00 return shipping fee will be deducted per order.* Limit one return mailing label per order.

Use the LINK above and follow the prompts for email confirmation. We will send you a notification as soon as your on line store refund has been processed. You will receive instructions to download/print a return label. Allow 5-9 business days for returns to be processed and/or shipped. Please Note: If a refund is processed you'll be refunded on your original payment method (minus $12 handling fee) within 10 to 14 business days. Also,  it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

USE THE LINK ABOVE TO START YOUR RETURN. Once your return is approved you will receive via email a pre-paid return mailing label to download and print. Please note, all returns will incur a $12.00 return handling fee.	PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL. Once you print your label, pack up your pretty fun things & include your packing slip. (Your packing slip MUST be included in order to process your refund timely.) If your packing slip is missing, your refund may be considerably delayed.	SHIP ITEMS BACK TIMELY. Please remember to ship items back within 3 business days of your return label being sent via email. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the return of the receipted items.

Key Return/Refund Policy Note:

• Clothing Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
• Clothing Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Clothing Return merchandise must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 3 business days of your prepaid return label being emailed to you.

Any indication of wear, alteration, wash or items returned without a tag, may result in a denied refund. Return shipping of a denied item will be covered by the customer.

NON-REFUNDABLE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY INCLUDES:

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• All products marked "FINAL SALE" are non-returnable/exchangeable or refundable.
• All Digital art prints are non-returnable/exchangeable or refundable.
• Damaged clothing items not reported within three (3) days of delivery are non-returnable/exchangeable or refundable.
