As a child Carolyn loved creating imagery. Imagine being transferred to a six grade art class while in third grade. In how she developed her talent, if you ask her, she will tell you ...  "My mom didn't seem to mind when I drew crayon masterpieces on our houses walls, however, drawing pictures on school assignment papers instead of words (on spelling tests) often landed me in the principal's office"...

Carolyn's artistic style combines realism and fantasy. She graduated from Cass Technical High School (Detroit, MI) and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Center for Creative Studies, College of Art and Design (Detroit, MI).
