How long do I have to report a product as faulty (has a manufacturing defect)?

Products are classified faulty if received with a manufacturing defect reported by the customer within three (3) days from receiving the product. After three (3) days products are not considered faulty and their resulting conditions are a result of normal wear and tear.  If your product is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a resolution/refund through our Returns Portal.
