Post Office Boxes  At the present time we do not ship to post office boxes.
International Shipping  At the present time we do not ship to international locations. 
Shipping Options  We offer monthly free shipping codes to customers who sign up/subscribe to our Mailing list.  We utilize the US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all package deliveries.
*Processing Times We print every item to order with tons of love, so getting your goodies ready to ship takes a few days! Most orders are out the door in 3-5 business days. Transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 impacts shipping. Pending credit authorizations and address verifications, on occasion our deliveries may take between 5 - 9 days business days.
Address Changes Shipping addresses cannot be changed from their original orders. If your package is sent back due to address error or post office error we are not responsible for getting your package back to you and will notify you that it has come back. Per your instructions you are welcome to pay to have it re-shipped. If you are not wanting to pay for it to be shipped, we will consider refunding your order* (Special Circumstance*).
Track Orders/Contact the Courier The US Postal Services website is linked to your product tracking numbers and you may track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your members account on our website. NOTE: Once an item is shipped and is in the US Postal Service system,  we are no longer responsible, involved or able to assist in the tracking process.
COVID-19 Impacts Products on our website are made on-demand—produced specifically for you. While we're happy our e-commerce store is growing; it doesn't come without its struggles. Shipping carriers are seeing industry-wide disruptions because of Covid-19, including the US Postal Service. Be advised that tracking links may take longer than usual to update. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Lost or Stolen Packages If you believe your package lost/stolen, we encourage you to contact your local post office to file claim for the item(s) and contact local law enforcement for additional support. ​We cannot be held responsible for damages of products that occurred during courier shipping or be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking with every purchase and may assist you in requesting re-sending of tracking information.  Please Note: If a package is marked as delivered by the courier the package will not be considered by us as lost.
