Frequently Asked Questions - RETURNS

 Returns We're happy to exchange or accept returns of any unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of it landing on your doorstep.  Some items are non-returnable/non-refundable so please check the product description before making purchases. NOTE: EVANRUBY MUGS AND ART PRINTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON RETURNABLE. There are no returns or exchanges on returnable items unless the merchandise is received damaged/misprinted or defective.
 
For returnable items - they may be returned when accompanied with a copy of the paid receipt, in unopened or original condition and unworn within 30 days of the documented delivery date, for a full refund (minus fees if any). NOTE: Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted.
 
How to Request Returns Customers may request returns directly from our website. Once we receive your return request you will be notified via email of our review response (approve/decline). If approved customers will receive via email shipping instructions and return labels. If not approved customers will receive our reasoning for the non-approval.
