You'll be Surprised at What Can be Learned from a Dinosaur

Kids are naturally curious about how the world works; how we fit within the natural world we see around u. The physical size of dinosaurs has always been a source of fascination for just about everyone. Let me start off by saying my grandson is obsessed with dinosaurs. Show him a picture and he can tell you everything there is to know about it. I find myself smiling because I know that he is learning and developing analytical skills that will serve him well in school.
On a more intellectual note a 2008 study found that sustained intense interests, particularly in a conceptual domain like dinosaurs, can help children develop increased knowledge and persistence, a better attention span, and deeper information-processing skills. In short, they make better learners and smarter kids.
